Notes (this edition)? The following information was taken from the original web listing of this artwork. Often written by non-experts, there may be inaccuracies:

Ikeda Eisen (1790-1848) was one of the great masters of Japanese woodblock. He specialized in women and the floating world. Just look at the face and the feet. This is a rare early print in a large folio size. Signature as shown.

Print was matted a long time ago, image showing is about 9" x 27.5". Some toning of the print paper, no tears or stains. Matt is toned. Original frame will be sent free if desired, but without glass. Eisen's are relatively hard to find. The large size is quite rare. This is a good one. From old New England estate. Not a recent reprint.
